Connecticut's Newspaper,
News Times, discussed CARU's public service announcement campaign. In an article entitled, "Local Kids Send Message About Internet Safety," sisters Chayce and Kylie Schultz, two children featured in CARU's PSAs are speaking out about the dangers of the Internet. CARU's Director, Wayne Keeley was also interviewed. He was quoted as saying:
"One of the biggest problems today is the growth of the Internet,'' Keeley said. "We wanted to raise the awareness and prod parents with the question, `Do you know where your children are ... on the Internet?' "
